Due to the age and exclusivity of our stock, we cannot make any guarantees on the lifetime or durability of any items. We are unable to hold responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of the boots.
If items rip, break, or become damaged from usage, we are not liable for a refund. The issue can be taken up with the manufacturer if you choose to.
We recommend checking reviews of all boots and the surfaces they can be used on prior to purchase as we are unable to give refunds.

We do not offer free returns and it is therefore the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
Once the item has been received to the given address you'll receive a full refund within 2-3 working days.
Although our boots are all brand new and unworn, some deterioration of the materials may have occurred due to age.
We advise that boots older than 4 years old are used only for collection purposes.
We do not offer returns for any used boots, offer no guarantees for performance and do not refund postage or customs costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return your order within 14 days after receiving. Items must be undamaged and in the original packaging.
